This 4 days Uganda gorilla safari is purely about trekking mountain gorillas in Bwindi impenetrable national park. The tour may include an optional community tour where you will visit the Batwa pygmies who live around the park for a cultural experience.

Detailed itinerary of the 4 Days Uganda Gorilla Safari
Day 1: Arrival & transfer to Entebbe
Your guide will pick you up from Entebbe international airport on arrival and welcome you for the safari in Uganda. After a short briefing, you will be driven to the hotel in Entebbe for check in.
Day 2: Transfer to Bwindi impenetrable National Park
After an early breakfast at the hotel in Entebbe, you will start the drive to Bwindi national park which takes about 8 hours. You will have a stopover at the equator to enjoy taking photos and also visiting the craft shops owned by the locals.
You will enjoy beautiful views of western Uganda on your way to the lodge in Bwindi national park where you will check in and have dinner and spend the night.
Day 3: Gorilla trekking in Bwindi national park
You will have early morning breakfast at the lodge in Bwindi national park and go with your packed lunch to the park headquarters for a briefing on gorilla trekking. You will move with your ranger guides and in the assigned groups begin the search for the gorillas in the impenetrable forest.
After finding the gorillas in Bwindi forest, you will spend 1 hour with the gorillas and return to the briefing point to receive your certificates. You will have an optional Batwa community tour on this day and experience their way of life and enjoy hunting with the Batwa, guided walks through the forest and also traditional dances by the Batwa pygmies. After the community tour, you will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4: Transfer back to Entebbe
After having breakfast at the lodge in Bwindi national park, your guide will drive you back to Entebbe where you will be dropped off at the airport which will bring the tour to an end.
