Day 1: Pick up and drive to Serengeti national park
You will start the safari in Arusha where your guide will pick you up and welcome you and after a short briefing, you will embark on an 8 hour drive to Serengeti national park which is one of the famous safari destinations of Tanzania.
You will drive with your packed lunches through the Ngorongoro conservation area and you will see wildlife species along the way to your lodge in Serengeti national park where you will check in and have your dinner and spend the night.
Day 2: Hot air balloon safari and game drives
After waking up as early as 05:00 am, you will be driven to the briefing point for the hot air balloon safari in Serengeti national park. You will enjoy 1 hour of flying in the hot air balloon over the savannah plains of Serengeti national park where you will see wildlife species like zebras, impalas, giraffes, elephants among others. You will have a bush breakfast after the balloon safari.
You will meet your guide after the hot air balloon experience and engage in morning and afternoon game drives in Serengeti national park and look out for the big five like elephants, lions, leopards, rhinos, buffalos and many other wildlife found in the national park. After the game drives, your guide will drive you to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Drive to Arusha
On the last day of your safari, your guide will pick you up from the lodge after having an early breakfast and start the journey with your packed lunches from Serengeti national park to Arusha which will take about 8 hours and your guide will drop you off at Kilimanjaro international airport or the hotel in Arusha which will bring the tour to an end.
